Abstract
U radu sam prikazala najvažnije u proizvodnji mlijeka i ukazala na segmente proizvodnje u kojima se postupcima čovjeka sprječava ili dovodi do raznih bolesti muznih goveda. Kao primjer moderne farme i ozbiljnog poslovanja navela sam Osatinu d.o.o, vodeću tvrtku u ovoj djelatnosti. Proizvode vlastitu hranu i skoro sve kulture čime smanjuju troškove proizvodnje. Prethodno su životinjama izgradili vrhunski smještaj , osmislili dobar režim ishrane i upotpunili krug poslovanja bioplinskim postrojenjem pa se da zaključiti kako se u toj tvrtki provodi briga i njega o životinjama na zavidnoj razini. Novcem iz europskih fondova može se unaprjediti farma te treba imati plan razvitka i sukladno tome poslovnim planovima crpiti sredstva čime se ulaganjem tog novca prate svjetski trendovi i lakše se izboriti na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
I was trying to show what was most important in milk production, point to segments of production in which man – made processes prevent or lead to various diseases of dairy cattle. An example of a modern farm and a serious business Osatina d.o.o leading company in this business. They produce their own food and almost all cultures, thus reducing production costs. Previously they built top accommodation for animals, design a good nutrition regime and complete the biogas plant business cycle, and to conclude that care and care of animals on the enviable level. Money from the EU funds can be improved by a farm it needs to have a plan of development and accordingly, to draw up funds for its business plans, which by investing this money are followed by world trends and easier choices on the market.
