Abstract
Restrukturiranje poslovanja OPG se temelji na postojećem poslovanju i iskustvu u sušenju i preradi drva. Glavni resurs poslovanja je sušeni slavonski hrast. Temeljem potražnje planira se povećati kapacitet sušenja izgradnjom vlastitih sušara. Izvoznom orjentacijom poslovanja i financiranjem projekta bez nepovoljnih kredita planiraju se izbjeći negativni utjecaji poslovanja na domaćem tržištu. Ukupna ulaganja u projekat iznose 22.620.000,00 kn koje financiramo iz vlastitih izvora sredstava bez kreditnih sredstava uz sufinanciranje Europskog poljoprivednog fonda za ruralni razvoj. Vlastitim sušenjem dobivamo kvalitetu, kontinuitet i količinu što direktno utječe na krajnji rezultat.
Abstract (english)
Restructuration of family business is based on existing operations and experience in drying and processing wood. The main business resource is dried Slavonian oak. Based on demand, it is planned to increase the drying capacity by building its own cavities. Export orientation of business operations and financing of a project without unfavorable loans are designed to avoid negative impacts of operations on the domestic market. The total investment in the project amounts to HRK 22,620,000.00, which is financed from our own sources of funds without credit, with the support of the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. With our own drying we get quality, continuity and quantity that directly affects the end result.
