Abstract
Teorije ponašanja potrošaĉa prikazuju model po kojemu se potrošaĉ treba ponašati kako bi ostvario zadovoljstvo prilikom svih potrošaĉkih procesa. S obzirom kako potrošaĉ prilkom obavljanja kupnje ne provodi teorije indiferencije i sliĉne teorije,preostaje odluka na temelju percepcije.Potrošaĉima se ĉesto ĉini kako kupuju svjesno, razumno i na temelju svojih potreba, no ĉesto kupuju na temelju emocija koje su potaknute marketingom od strane proizvođaĉa ili prodavatelja. Koliko emocije imaju znatan utjecaj kod potrošaĉa dokazano je i kroz provedenu anketu. Kada su u pitanju dobra koja se svakodnevno koriste,a druga dobra su na sniţenju, ispitanici su spremniji kupiti povoljnije dobro. No, kada su u pitanju brendirani proizvodi, ispitanici su se izjasnili da njeguju svoj brend unatoĉ tomu što je znatno skuplji od istog proizvoda drugog brenda. Iako potrošaĉi na temelju društvenih, osobnih i psiholoških ĉimbenika kreiraju svoju košaricu dobra, potrebno je prilikom predkupovnom procesa razmisliti o racionalnim ĉimbenicima kupnje tog dobra.
Abstract (english)
Consumer behavior theories show the model that the consumer needs to behave in order to gain satisfaction in all consumer processes. The consumer does not conduct theory of indifference and similar theory, there is a perception based decision. Consumers often seem to buy it consciously, reasonably and on the basis of their needs, but often they buy on the basis of emotions triggered by marketing by the manufacturer or the seller. How many emotions have a significant impact on consumers is also proven through the conducted survey. When consumers must decide to buy product they usy buy or another product which are on discount, the respondents are more willing to buy a cheaper product. But when branded products are in game, respondents have pleaded to cherish their brand despite being considerably more expensive than the other product whic is on same categorie. Although consumers based on social, personal and psychological factors create their own shopping cart, it is necessary to consider the rational factors of purchasing that good during the pre-trial process.
