Abstract
Alelopatija predstavlja složen biološki fenomen međusobnog djelovanja među vrstama, pozitivan ili negativan, podsredstvom kemijskih spojeva koji se izlučuju u okoliš. Alelopatske interakcije odvijaju se u prirodnim sustavima, ali i agroekosustavima među usjevima i korovima. Procjena alelopatskog utjecaja moguća je brojnim metodama, u kontroliranim uvjetima na umjetnim podlogama i u tlu, te u polju. Najčešće se u pokusima istražuje utjecaj vodenih ekstrakata, te korijenovih eksudata na filter papiru i agru. Svaka metoda ima brojne prednosti, ali i nedostatke, te je za pouzdane rezultate optimalno provesti testove koristeći više različitih metoda.
Abstract (english)
Alelopathy represents a complex biological phenomenon of interaction between species, positive or negative, by the secretion of chemical compounds into the environment. Allelopathic interactions occur in natural systems, but also in agroecosystems between crops and weeds. The evaluation of allelopathic effect is possible by numerous methods, under controlled conditions on artificial substrates and in soil, and in the field. The effect of water extracts is most commonly investigated, as well as root exudates on filter paper and agar. Each method has numerous advantages and disadvantages, and for reliable results it is optimal to run tests using a variety of methods.
