Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je opisati proizvodnju i potrošnju craft piva te prikazati njegove prednosti. Za istraživanje je korištena craft pivovara iz Osijeka naziva Craft Beckers Brewery te je provedena anonimna anketa o potrošnji craft piva. Craft pokret kao i sama proizvodnja craft piva u Hrvatskoj je tek u rastu, posebno unazad par godina. Proizvođači craft piva su dosta mali u odnosu na korporativne proizvođače, što je trenutno slabost koja se s vremenom može pretvoriti u prednost, kako bi proizvodnja i potrošnja rasla. Craft pivo je pivo domaće proizvodnje koja se radi prema tradicionalnim i isto tako i inovativnim receptima. Svako proizvedeno craft pivo sadrži nešto što ga čini jedinstvenim i unikatnim. Nakon provedenih istraživanja utvrđeno je kako proizvodnja craft piva isplativa te ima svijetlu budućnost
Abstract (english)
The point of this research paper is to show production and consumption of craft beer, and to show it’s benefits. For this research, craft brewery named Craft Bakers Brewery, from Osijek has been used, and there has been anonymous survey regarding consumption of craft beer. Craft movement and it’s production in Croatia is just at their beginning, and is only increasing, especially in last few years. Craft brewers are much smaller companies compared to big companies, which is currently a weakness that can be, in given time, turned into advantage, so that productivity and consumption grows. Craft beer is homemade beer which is done by traditional and innovative recipe. Every craft beer contains that something that makes it unique and special. After the survey, it has been established that craft beer has a good and bright future.
