Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je objasniti građu, izgled i funkciju mliječne žlijezde, fiziologiju stvaranja mlijeka, uzorke nastanka upale mliječne žlijezde, liječenje te način prevencije mastitisa. Upala mliječne žlijezde je česti poremećaj mliječnih krava koji može dovesti do ozbiljnih posljedica i samim time do pada proizvodnje. Upala mliječne žlijezde je česta pojava na farmama te je bitno obratiti pozornost na sve moguće simptome. Nedovoljno dobrom higijenom vimena prije, za vrijem i nakon mužnje te načinom smještaja životinja dolazi do upala koje su uzrokovane mikroorganizmima. Nakon uočavanja simptoma i utvrđivanja upale mliječne žlijezde provodi se terapija koja ovisi o obliku upale. Za liječenje upala koriste se lokalna i parenteralna terapija.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this final work is to explain structure, look, function dairy gland, samples of inflammation dairy gland, treatment and prevention of mastitis. Inflammation of mastitis is a common disorder of dairy cows which can lead to consequences and to the fall of production. Mastitis is a common occurrence on farms, and it is very important to pay attention to all possible symptoms. Insufficiently good udder hygiene before, during and after milking and the way of animal accommodation, inflammation is caused by microorganisms. After detecting symptoms and the determination of inflammation of the milk gland, therapy is performed which depends on the farm of inflammation. For the treatment of inflammation are used local therapy, parenteral therapy.
