Abstract
Temelj diplomskog rada je „investicijska studija za proizvodnju inovativnih proizvoda na bazi lješnjaka“ koji se na tržištu nude pod brandom „Avellana BIO“. Opisana je tehnologija i organizacija proizvodnje lješnjaka i gotovih proizvoda, ulja i brašna od lješnjaka. Ulje iz ploda lješnjaka se dobija postupkom hladnog prešanja, dok ostatak koji ostane koristimo za dobivanje brašna. U studiji su opisani marketing i financijski plan, koji uključuje i izradu pokazatelja uspješnosti proizvodnje. Zaključno, poduzetnički pothvat opisan ovim radom je tehnološki izvodljiv, ekonomski opravdan, te ima potencijal rasta na stranim tržištima, a obitelji osigurava paritetni dohodak.
Abstract (english)
The basis of this thesis is an „investment study for of innovative products based on hazelnuts“, marketed under the brand name „Avellana BIO“. The technology and organization of the production of hazelnuts and finished products, oil and hazelnut flour are described. Hazelnut oil is obtained by cold pressing, while the remainder is used to make a flour. The study describes the marketing and financial plan, which also includes producing performance indicators. In conclusion, the entrepreneurial venture described in this paper is technologically feasible, economically viable, and has the potential to grow in foreign markets while providing parity income to famillies.
