Abstract
Preživači svoje potrebe za aminokiselinama podmiruju iz proteina, a aminokiseline su glavne strukturne jedinice pravih proteina. Razliku se esencijalne, djelomično esencijalne i neesencijalne aminokiseline. Esencijalne aminokiseline se unose isključivo preko hrane, dok neesencijalne organizam može sam sintetizirati. Povećanjem mliječnosti povećava se i potreba za zaštićenim aminokiselinama. Mliječne krave imaju najveće potrebe za aminokiselinama zbog tvorbe i proizvodnje mlijeka. Korištenje protektiranih aminokiselina poveća mliječnost krava i/ili postotak bjelančevina mlijeka. Aminokiseline koje se koriste su obložene polimernim spojevima (masti, mješavine masti i kalcija, formaldehid i drugo).
Abstract (english)
Ruminants their need for amino acids from proteins, and amino acids are the main structural units of true proteins. Differences between essential, partially essential and non-essential amino acids. Essential amino acids are introduced exclusively through food, while non-essential organisms can synthesize themselves. Increasing milk yield also increases the need for protected amino acids. Dairy cows have the greatest need for amino acids due to the formation and production of milk. The use of protected amino acids increases the milkiness of cows and / or the percentage of milk proteins. The amino acids used are coated with polymeric compounds (fats, mixtures of fats and calcium, formaldehyde and more).
