Abstract
Medonosna pčela (Apis mellifera) je važna vrsta kukaca za prirodu i ljude. Pčele su vrlo organizirane životinje i svaka pčela ima svoju ulogu u košnici te tako proizvode razne proizvode, a to su med, propolis, pelud, matična mliječ, pčelinji vosak te pčelinji otrov. Pčelinji otrov je vrlo cijenjen pčelinji proizvod te je u radu opisana tehnologija proizvodnje pčelinjeg otrova. Da bi se dobio najbolji proizvod, odnosno čisti otrov bez primjesa potrebno je poznavati način na koji radi žalčani aparat pčele te načine na koji se može uzimati pčelinji otrov od zajednice. U radu su obrađeni načini prikupljanja pčelinjeg otrova koji mogu biti mehanički i električni. Električnim načinom se dobije najčišći pčelinji otrov od kojega se mogu proizvoditi razni proizvodi koji imaju velik utjecaj na zdravlje ljudi i ublažavanje boli. Pčelinji otrov se koristi u farmaceutskoj te kozmetičkoj industriji za proizvodnji raznih krema. Vrlo je bitno dobro skladištiti pčelinji otrov da bi mu se održala djelotvornost.
Abstract (english)
Honey bee (Apis mellifera) is an important insect species for nature and mankind. Bees are very organised animals and every bee in the hive has its role to produce various products: honey, propolis, pollen, Royal jelly, wax and bee venom. Bee venom is very appreaciated product. This thesis describes the production of the bee venom. The knowledge of how to properly extract the bee venom out of the bee colony is required to produce the best and cleanest bee venom without additives. This thesis goes in details of collecting bee venom both mechanically and electrically. Using electricity gives the purest bee venom which helps with overall health and is used as a pain relief. Bee venom is used in both pharmaceutical and cosmetical industries in the production of creams. To keep its effectiveness bee venom must be well stored.
