Abstract
Pirazoli su heterociklički spojevi koji su graĎeni od tri ugljikova atoma i dva dušikova atoma u susjednom poloţaju. Cilj ovog istraţivanja je bio utvrditi hoće li derivati pirazola kao potencijalni novi pesticidi imati djelovanje na rast i razmnoţavanje Bacillus subtilis. U istraţivanju je korišteno 10 derivata pirazola, a rezultati su pokazali da niti jedan od njih nema inhibitornu aktivnost na rast Bacillus subtilis, koja predstavlja korisnu bakterijsku populaciju tla. Potrebna su daljnja istraţivanja kako bih se utvrdilo djelovanje pirazola i na druge korisne mikroorganizme tla.
Abstract (english)
Pyrazoles are heterocyclic compounds that are made up of three carbon atoms and two nitrogen atoms in an adjacent position. This study aimed to determine whether they would want to get pyrazoles as potential new pesticides to affect and reproduction Bacillus subtilis.Ten pyrazoles derivatives were used in the study, and the results showed that none of them had inhibitory activity on the growth of Bacillus subtilis, which represents a beneficial bacterial population of the soil. Further research is needed to determine the effect of pyrazoles on other beneficial soil microorganisms as well.
