Abstract
Zadnjih desetljeća u Hrvatskoj je sve veći porast osoba koje se bave pčelarstvom, pa tako raste potreba pčelara za pozitivnim poslovanjem u sektoru obiteljskog pčelarstva. Poslovni plan nam pomaže kako bi uvidjeli sve kvalitete i nedostatke pri poslovanju određenog poslovnog poduhvata. Pri izradi poslovnog plana razrađujemo sve mogućnosti vezane za neku poslovnu ideju. Najvažnije odrednice poslovnog plana su financijska izvješća, swot analiza i marketing. Račun dobiti i gubitka odmah pokazuje poduzetniku da li ima isplativosti ulaganja u određeni projekt. Ulaženje u poslovni poduhvat pčelarenja na području Istočne Hrvatske je izrazito težak i naporan posao. Svaka stavka u pčelarenju je ključna za pozitivno poslovanje, bilo da se radi o samom pčelarenju, marketing, zakonima, troškovima opreme ili nekim drugim karakteristikama pčelarenja. Jedan od glavnih ciljeva diplomskog rada je prikazati kako se prilikom napornog rada pčelarenja, dobrog marketinga i pametnog ulaganja može dobro prihodovati od prodaje meda na području Istočne Hrvatske.
Abstract (english)
The last decade in Croatia growth has been increased of people engaged in beekeeping, thus grows the need of beekeepers for a positive business sector in domestic beekeeping. A business plan helps us to realize all the qualities and defects in a certain business venture. When developing a business plan we elaborate all the options related to a business idea. The most important determinants is the entire business plan of financial statements, swot analysis and marketing. The account of profit and loss immediately shows to a promoter whether a firm has profitability of investments in a particular project. Entering into a business voyage such as beekeeping in a area of Eastern Croatian is an extremely difficult and tiring job. Each item of beekeeping is the key to a positive business, whether it be the beekeeping, marketing, law, costs of equipment, or other characteristics of beekeeping. One of the main objectives of the thesis is to show that hard work, good marketing and smart investments may well earn from the sales of honey in the area of Eastern Croatian.
