Abstract
Tvrtka Parkovi plus d.o.o iz Rijeka vodeća je tvrtka u svom polju djelovanja, hortikulturi, na području Kvarnera (Primorsko-goranska županija i dio Istarske županije). Parkovi su jedina tvrtka u regiji koja ima zaokruženi proizvodni proces te jedna od tri najveće tvrtke u državi u svom sektoru. Višegodišnje iskustvo i tradicija u hortikulturi, ukupno 61 zaposlenik, prateći rasadnik, odjel za građevinu i bravariju te dobra opremljenost strojevima i pratećom opremom, pozicionira Parkove na tržištu na način da mogu samostalno obavljati i najveće poslove. Najveća referenca Parkovima su odrađeni poslovi. Tvrtka je senzibilna na radnike smanjenog kapaciteta rada i zapošljava 6 invalidnih osoba, redovno odrađuje volonterske radove, a veliki dio poslova odrađeni su na frekventnim i reprezentativnim mjestima u Gradu Rijeci i okolici što pridonosi vizuri grada i regije. Dio poslova je u sektoru turizma, na uređenju krajobraza vodećih kvarnerskih i istarskih hotelskih kuća. Zbog same veličine tvrtke i pozicije na tržištu pomalo je zaboravljen odjel marketinga i promocije koji je potrebno pokrenuti i tvrtku adekvatno reklamirati u medijima, sa naglaskom na lokalne radio postaje i Internet.
Abstract (english)
Parkovi plus d.o.o, Rijeka is a leading company in its field of activity, horticulture, in the Kvarner area (Primorje-Gorski Kotar County and part of Istria County). Parkovi plus are the only company in the region to have a complete production process and one of the three largest companies in the country in its sector. Vast experience and tradition in horticulture, a total of 61 employees, an accompanying nursery, construction and locksmith department and good equipment with machines and accompanying equipment positionsParkovi on the market in such a way that they can independently perform the largest tasks. Parkovi's biggest reference the work that has been done over the years. The company is sensitive to workers with reduced capacity and employs 6 disabled people, regularly performs volunteer work. Large part of the work is done in frequent and representative places in the City of Rijeka and its surroundings, which contributes to the city and region. Part of the work is in the tourism sector, on landscaping in the leading Kvarner and Istrian hotel houses. Due to the size of the company and its position on the market, the marketing and promotion department has been somewhat forgotten, which needs to be launched and the company adequately advertised in the media, with an emphasis on local radio stations and the Internet.
