Abstract
U ovom radu opisana su sva morfološka obilježja soje, njen uzgoj i značaj. Soja je biljka bogata proteinima i koristi se u prehrani ljudi i životinja. Ima veliku ulogu u farmaceutskoj i tekstilnoj industriji. Osim proteinima, bogata je i uljem. Preradom soje dobivaju se razni proizvodi, kao što su sojino mlijeko, brašno, ulje, tofu. Za svoj uspjeh, soja zahtjeva duboka, plodna tla bogata humusom. Svi agrotehnički čimbenici u njenom uzgoju su vrlo važni, a jedan od najvažnijih je plodored. Plodored smanjuje intenzitet širenja zaraze, a hraniva se bolje iskorištavaju. Sve agrotehničke mjere potrebno je obaviti u skladu s pravilima struke
Abstract (english)
This paper analyses all morphological characteristics of soybean, its cultivation and importance. Soybean is a plant rich in protein and used in human and animal nutrition. It plays an important role in the pharmaceutical and textile industries. In addition to protein, it is also rich in oil. By processing soybean, we can produce various products such as soy milk, flour, oil, and tofu. In order to succeed, soybean requires deep, fertile soil rich in hummus. All agrotechnical factors in its cultivation are of great importance and one of the most important is crop rotation. Crop rotation reduces the intensity of spreading the infection and its nutrients are better used. All agrotechnical measures must be done in accordance with the regulations of the profession.
