Abstract
U radu je prikazano korištenje prostorne ekonomije i geografskih informacijskih tehnologija za optimalno upravljanje poljoprivrednom proizvodnjom. Neravnomjeran ekonomski razvoj se može promatrati kao rezultat neravnomjerne raspodjele prirodnih resursa. ICT u poljoprivredi je polje koje se razvija i fokusira na jačanje poljoprivrede i ruralnog razvoja. Korištenje ICT tehnologija je zbog povećanja održive poljoprivrede te pravilno korištenje prirodnih resursa putem GIS sustava. Najčešća primjena GIS-a u prostornoj eknomiji je zbog proučavanja korištenja zemljišta. Precizna poljoprivreda pomaže poljoprivrednicima zbog preciznog i optimiziranog korištenja inputa kako bi se povećala učinkovitost, ušteda radnih strojeva i materijala te smanjen broj radnih operacija, što dovodi do smanjenja troškova te pozitivan utjecaj na okoliš.
Abstract (english)
The paper presents the use of spatial economy and geographic information technologies for optimal management of agricultural production. Uneven economic development can be observed as a result of unequal distribution of natural resources. ICT in agriculture is a field that is being developed and focused on strengthening agriculture and rural development. The use of ICT technologies is due to the increase of sustainable agriculture and the proper use of natural resources through GIS systems. The most common application of GIS in spatial economy is due to the study of land use. Precision agriculture helps farmers through precise and optimized use of inputs to increase efficiency, save labor machinery and materials, and reduce the number of labor operations, leading to cost reductions and a positive impact on the environment.
