Abstract
Kod ekološkog uzgoja jagoda od iznimne važnosti je preventivna briga i njega biljaka zbog zabrane korištenja većine mineralnih gnojiva i sredstava za zaštitu biljaka. Ona u jako kratkom vremenu može razviti simptome bolesti ako se ne provode agrotehničke mjere uzgoja. No, ima kratku vegetaciju pa ju je moguće uzgojiti i tijekom hladnijih mjeseci u za to predviđenim prostorima poput staklenika ili plastenika uz odabir otporne sorte. Primjenom biljnih pripravaka moguće je ojačati imunitet biljaka, te samim time i utjecati na kvalitetu i količinu prinosa. U provedenom pokusu sorta Queen Elisa, se pokazala kao dobra sorta jagode za uzgoj uz upotrebu biljnog pripravka. Uz korištenje biljnog pripravka na bazi koprive i preslice jagode su pokazale puno bolji razvoj nadzemne mase i bolju kvalitetu plodova od kontrolnih sadnica. Kontrolne sadnice koje nisu tretirane pripravkom, pokazale prve simptome bolesti lista i truleži plodova. Na temelju istraživanja može se zaključiti da su uzgojeni plodovi jagoda koji su tretirani biljnim pripravkom od koprive i preslice imali bolju kvalitetu plodova i dale su veći prinos.
Abstract (english)
In the organic cultivation of strawberries, preventive care and plant care are extremely important due to the ban on the use of most mineral fertilizers and plant protection products. It can develop symptoms of the disease in a very short time if adequate production procedures are not carried out. However, it has short vegetation, so it is possible to grow it during the colder months in designated areas such as greenhouses or hothouses with the selection of a resistant variety. By using herbal preparations, it is possible to strengthen the immunity of plants, and thus affect the quality and quantity of yield. In an experiment, the Queen Elisa variety, with the use of a herbal preparation, proved to be a good strawberry variety for growing. With the use of a herbal preparation based on nettle and horsetail, strawberries showed much better development of aboveground mass and better fruit quality than control seedlings. Control seedlings that were not treated with the preparation showed the first symptoms of leaf disease and fruit rot. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the cultivated strawberry fruits that were treated with the herbal preparation of nettle and horsetail had a better fruit quality and gave a higher income.
