Abstract
Cementiranje čelika je tehnološki postupak koji se sastoji od termokemijske obrade pougljičenja (obogaćivanjem površinskog sloja materijala ugljikom), kaljenja (dovođenjem pougljičenog sloja u martenzitnu strukturu) i niskotemperaturnog popuštanja proizvoda. Primjenjuje se za površinsku toplinsku obradu konstrukcijskih dijelova kod kojih se zahtijeva visoka tvrdoća na površini i povećana otpornost trošenju. U ovom radu prikazani su različiti tipovi postupaka cementiranja i njihove tehnološke osnove, te vrste materijala koji su prikladni za izvođenje iste obrade. Na odabranim dijelovima traktora, čije su površine tijekom rada izložene povećanom trošenju, objašnjeni su razlozi primjene postupaka cementiranja i učinci koji se njima ostvaruju.
Abstract (english)
Steel carburising is a technological process consisting of thermochemical treatment of carbonization (by enriching of the surface layer of material with carbon), hardening (by bringing the carbon layer into the martensitic structure) and low-temperature tempering of the product. It is used for surface heat treatment of structural parts that require high surface hardness and increased wear resistance. This paper presents different types of carburising processes and their technological basis, as well as the types of materials that are suitable for performing the same treatment. On selected parts of the tractor, whose surfaces are exposed to increased wear during operation, the reasons for the application of carburising procedures and the effects they achieve are explained.
