Abstract
Cilj ovoga istraživanje je bio ispitati utjecaj temperature (15, 20 i 30 °C) i dvanaest eteričnih ulja na porast micelija gljive Pyrenophora graminea. Eterična ulja su primijenjena u količini od 25 μL, a zona inhibicije mjerila se četvrtog i osmog dana od inokulacije. Prema rezultatima istraživanja utvrđeno je da inhibitorni učinak eteričnih ulja ovisi o vrsti ulja. Na pojedina eterična ulja je utjecala temperatura i dužina inkubacije. Ulje timijana je pokazalo najjače antifungalno djelovanje odnosno potpuno je inhibiralo porast micelija pri svim temperaturama. Osim ulja timijana, jak antifungalni učinak su imala eterično ulje anisa i citronele. S druge strane, eterična ulja bora, naranče slatke i eukaliptusa su pokazala najslabiji inhibitorni učinak pri svim temperaturama.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to examine the effect of temperature (15, 20, and 30 °C) and twelve essential oils on the growth of Pyrenophora graminea mycelium. Essential oils were administered in an amount of 25μL, and the zone of inhibition was measured on the fourth and eighth day of inoculation. According to the results of the study, it was found that the inhibitory effect of essential oils depends on the type of oil. Some essential oils were affected by temperature and the duration incubation period. Thyme oil showed the strongest antifungal effect, i.e., it completely inhibited the growth of mycelium at all temperatures. In addition to thyme oil, anise and citronella essential oils had a strong antifungal effect. On the other hand, the essential oils of pine, sweet orange, and eucalyptus showed the weakest inhibitory effect at all temperatures.
