Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je ukazati na najčešće kvarove hidrauličnog cilindra izazvane trenjem ili trošenjem dijelova istog. U uvodnom dijelu rada opisan je hidraulički sustav kao i svi njegovi dijelovi. Detaljno je objašnjen hidraulički cilindar uključujući princip rada najčešćih izvedbi hidrauličkog cilindra kao i svi dijelovi od kojih se hidraulički cilindar sastoji. Hidraulične komponente i sustavi koriste se u komercijalnim poljoprivrednim sustavima diljem svijeta te čine poljoprivrednu proizvodnju bržom i učinkovitijom, uz smanjenje troškova rada. Eksperimentalni dio rada se sastoji od najčešćih primjera iz poljoprivredne proizvodnje gdje dolazi do kvara hidrauličnog cilindra izazvanog trenjem ili trošenjem njegovih dijelova. Analizirajući primjere iz rada, zaključuje se da su najčešći problemi koji dovode do oštećenja hidrauličkog cilindra oni izazvani korozijom, zatim korištenje šavnih hidrauličkih cijevi te potrošena klipna brtva. Vrlo je bitno na vrijeme prepoznati znakove koji ukazuju na to da hidraulički cilindar ne radi ispravno, a neki od najčešćih znakova navedeni su u diplomskom radu. Također, u radu su objašnjeni postupci otklanjanja pojedinih kvarova.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work was to point out the most common hydraulic cylinder failures caused by friction or wear of its parts. In the introductory part of the paper, the hydraulic system and all its parts are described. The hydraulic cylinder is explained in detail, including the principle of operation of the most common versions of the hydraulic cylinder, as well as all the parts of which the hydraulic cylinder consists. Hydraulic components and systems are used in commercial farming systems around the world to make agricultural production faster and more efficient, while reducing labor costs. The experimental part of the work consists of the most common examples from agricultural production where a failure of a hydraulic cylinder occurs caused by friction or wear of its parts. Analyzing the examples from the work, it is concluded that the most common problems that lead to damage to the hydraulic cylinder are those caused by corrosion, then the use of seamed hydraulic pipes and a worn piston seal. It is very important to recognize in time the signs that indicate that the hydraulic cylinder is not working properly, and some of the most common signs are listed in the thesis. The work also explains the procedures for eliminating certain malfunctions.
