Abstract
HACCP sustav je sustav samokontrole, ali i kvalitete kojom se osigurava neškodljivost hrane. Primjena HACCP sustava je dobra proizvođačka praksa u proizvodnji hrane pa tako i industrijske konoplje. Pri implementaciji sustava potrebno je imenovati članove tima, postaviti dijagram proizvodnje i kontrolirati bilježene evidencije. Cilj primjene je sljedivost proizvoda koja se vrši praćenjem proizvoda od berbe do skladištenja ili plasmana. Suština tog procesa je korektivnim postupcima izbjeći sve moguće opasnosti na koje ukazuju kritične i kritično kontrolne točke.
Abstract (english)
The HACCP system is a system of self-control, but also of quality, by which we ensure the harmlessness of food. The application of the HACCP system is a good manufacturing practice in the production of food, including industrial hemp. When implementing the system, it is necessary to appoint team members, set up a production diagram and control recorded records. The goal of the application is product traceability, which is done by tracking the product from harvest to storage or placement. The essence of this process is to avoid all possible dangers indicated by critical and critical control points through corrective procedures.
