Abstract
Cilj rada bio je utvrditi utjecaj kemijske i biološke zaštite na elemente prinosa ozime pšenice (sadržaj bjelančevina u zrnu i masu 1000 zrna) i druga morfološka svojstva (visina biljke i hektolitarska masa) tijekom dvogodišnjeg istraživanja u vegetacijskim sezonama 2019./2020. i 2020./2021. Istraživanja su provedena tijekom 2019/20. i 2020/21. godine na humogleju i eutričnom smeđem tlu. Pokus je postavljen po split – blok shemi u 4 ponavljanja na dva tipa tla, na svakom u 12 različitih varijanti. Neposredno prije sjetve sjeme je tretirano biopreparatom koji je sadržavao 7 sojeva endomikoriznih gljiva rodova Glomus i Gigaspora, te nitrofiksirajuće bakterije Azotobacter chroococcum i Azospirillum brasilense. Prva zaštita od bolesti obavljena je korištenjem fungicida, odnosno biopreparatom koji je sadržavao benefitnu gljivu Trichoderma harzianum i bakteriju Bacillus subtilis. Druga zaštita obavljena je istim kemijskim, odnosno biopreparatom kao i prva prihrana. Najviši prosječni prinos zrna pšenice ostvaren je uz tretman sjemena i zaštitu od bolesti primjenom biopreparata (8,38 t/ha). Sve ostale varijante ostvarile su niži prinos. Najviši prosječni prinos kod varijante netretiranog sjemena dobiven je uz zaštitu kemijskim fungicidima (7,13 t/ha). Kod svih ostalih elemenata prinosa najveće rezultate su ostvarile pšenice uz tretman sjemena i zaštitu od bolesti primjenom preparata.
Abstract (english)
Research goal of this study was to determine influence of chemical and biological protection on elements of winter wheat yield (protein content and 1000 grain mass) and other morphological traits (plant height and hectolitre mass) during two year research during 2019./2020. and 2020./2021. wheat vegetation. Research was conducted during 2019/20. and 2020/21. year on humogley and eutric cambisol. Experiment was designed on split – block schema in 4 repetitions on two types of soil, on each in 12 different varieties. Just before sowing seed was treated with biopreparation which containted 7 sorts of endomycorrhiza fungi of genus Glomus and Gigaspora, and nitrogen – fixing bacteria Azotobacter chroococcum i Azospirillum brasilense. First protection of plants was conducted with fungicide use, respectively with biopreparation which containted beneficial fungi Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis. Second protection of plants was done with same chemical, respectively with biopreparation as in first top dressing. Highest average wheat grain yield was achieved with seed treatment and plant protection with biopreparation (8,38 t/ha). All other control varieties achieved lower yields. Highest average yield in untreated seed variety was achieved with chemical fungicide treatment (7,13 t/ha). Wheat with seed treatment and plant protection with biopreparation achieved highest results in all other elements of wheat yield.
