Abstract
Jedan od najvećih problema u tehnologiji proizvodne voćne vrste breskve i nektarine je lošija kvaliteta plodova koji nisu dobro prihvaćeni na tržištu. Za razliku od nekih drugih voćnih vrsta, breskva i nektarina imaju cvatnju svih cvjetova u isto vrijeme i tu je problem prorjeđivanja. U nasadima breskve i nektarine najčešće se provodi mjera ručnog prorjeđivanja plodova što znači puno radne snage, utrošenog vremena, skupa proizvodnja. Kemijsko prorjeđivanje proveli smo 2013. godine na lokalitetu Tovljač – Poljoprivredni institut Osijek (istočna Slavonija) u nasadu nektarine i breskve. Pokus je uključivao sortu breskve (Platicarpa) starosti 15 godina u 4 x 3 sklopu sadnje (spuštena vaza; 833 stabala/ha; podloga Prunus Persica) te sortu nektarine Maria Dorata, starosti 8 godina u 4x3 sklopu sadnje (spuštena vaza; 833 stabla/ha; podloga GF 677). Tretmani su uključivali sumporno vapno (3% i 4% koncentracije) u kombinaciji sa surfaktantom Silwet-L77 i ribljim uljem (5%). Najveća učinkovitost prorijeđivanja utvrđena je pri koncentraciji 4% (T2) kod obje sorte (Maria Dorata - 34,07%; Platicarpa - 24,17%). Pomološkim analizama (parametri kvalitete) najveća prosječna masa ploda utvrđena je kod sorte Maria Dorati pri tretmanu T2 (109,23 g), dok je kod sorte Platicarpa najveća prosječna masa ploda na T1 (141,64 g).. Također kod T2 na Maria Dorati utvrđena je najveća prosječna veličina ploda (63 mm) te najveća prosječna tvrdoća ploda (4,4 kg/cm²). Kod Platicarpe na tretmanu T1. imamo najveću prosječnu veličinu ploda od 83 mm i prosječnu tvrdoću ploda od 3,6 kg/cm². Najveća vrijednost °Brixa (šećeri) utvrđena je kod sorte Maria Dorata na tretmanu T2 – 16,9 °, dok je kod Platicarpe na tretmanu T1 – 15,1°. Primijenjena djelatna tvar (kalcij polisulfid) na osnovu prikazanih rezultata istraživanja pokazuje potencijal primjene u kemijskoj regulaciji opterećenja stabla plodovima. Potrebna daljna istraživanja treba usmjeriti ka određivanju najoptimalnijih koncentracija, klimatskim prilikama u momentu aplikacije, kondiciji pupova (fiziološki status ishranjenosti, genetski potencijal sorte).
Abstract (english)
One of the biggest problems in the technology of peach and nectarine production is inferior quality fruits that are well accepted in the market. Unlike some other types of fruits , peaches and nectarines have all the flowers blooming at the same time which is a problem for thinning . The orchards of peach and nectarine are commonly implemented measures manual thinning , which means a lot of manpower , time spent , expensive production.Chemical thinning was conducted 2013th on site Tovljač - Agricultural Institute Osijek (eastern Slavonia) in the peach and nectarine orchard. The experiment included a variety of peach ( Platicarpa ), aged 15 years in the 4 x 3 within the plantings (lowered vase, 833 trees / ha; rootstock Prunus Persica ) and nectarine cultivars Maria Dorata, aged 8 years in the 4x3 planting (lowered vase; 833 trees / ha; rootstock GF 677).Treatments included aplication of lime sulfur (3 % and 4 % concentration ) combined with a surfactant Silwet L77 - and fish oil (5 %). Maximum efficiency thinning was determined at 4% concentration (T2) in both cultivars (Maria Dorata - 34.07 % ; Platicarpa - 24.17 %). By pomologically analysis (quality parameters), the highest average fruit weight was found in the cultivar Maria Dorata at T2 treatment (109.23 g), while the cultivar Platicarpa has highest average fruit weight at T1 ( 141.64 g). Also at Maria Dorata (T2) we determined the highest average fruit size ( 63 mm ) and the highest average firmnes of the fruit (4.4 kg / cm ² ). In Platicarpa at T1 treatment we have the highest average fruit size of 83 mm and an average firmness of the fruit of 3.6 kg / cm ². The greatest value of ° Brix (sugar) was determined in the cultivar Maria Dorata at treatment T2 - 16.9 ° , while on Platicarpa was at treatment T1 - 15.1 ° .Applied active substance (calcium polysulfide ) based on the results, it shows potential applications in chemical regulation on tree crop load. Required further research should focus on determining the most optimal concentration, climatic conditions at the time of application, condition buds ( physiological nutritional status , genetic potential of varieties
