Abstract
Paprika je jedna od najvažnijih povrćarskih kultura uzgajana na otvorenome polju, ali u novije vrijeme sve više u zaštićenim prostorima. Jednako kao i svaka druga kultura uzgajana u staklenicima i plastenicima jedini izvor vode prima putem navodnjavanja nerijetko povezano s prihranom (fertirigacija). Najčešće je navodnjavana sustavom „kap po kap“ koji umanjuje mogućnost razvoja bolesti i što je od izrazite važnosti kod uzgoja u zaštićenom prostoru. Također omogućava maksimalno iskorištenje vode i hraniva jer su gubici minimalni, a obzirom da nema korova smanjeni su troškovi mehanizacije. Isto tako moguće je drenažnu vodu nakon pročišćavanja ponovno koristiti što smanjuje troškove proizvodnje i cijenu konačnog proizvoda. Osim spomenutog sustava paprika je u zaštićenom prostoru najčešće navodnjavana orošivačima i mikrorasprskivačima
Abstract (english)
Pepper plant is traditionally grown in open field yet the greenhouses production of pepper frequently increases. As well as other vegetables and flowers grown in plastic houses or greenhouses the main (and only) source of available water is provided from irrigation systems combined with fertilization (fertigation). Pepper is mostly irrigated with dripping system (drip irrigation). Main advantages of this system are lower cost of production, there are no weeds so that the mechanical cost are reduced, pepper plants are irrigated with less water. Furthermore, after the recycling of drainage water it could be retake in irrigation process. Beside the drip irrigation pepper plants could be irrigated with the use of microsprinklers and sprinklers
