Abstract
Ovčarska proizvodnja je gospodarska grana koja se sve više razvija u Republici Hrvatskoj, zbog velikog broja autohtonih, ali i inozemnih pasmina. Merinolandschaf pasmina je jedna od najvažnijih pasmina ovaca u svijetu, nastala križanjem njemačkih autohtonih pasmina s merino pasminama, te se uzgaja zbog proizvodnje mesa i vune. OPG Ante Ursić bavi se ovčarskom proizvodnjom od 1999. godine s orijentacijom na proizvodnju janjadi. Analitičkim kalkulacijama je utvrđena dobit u proizvodnji janjadi kroz tri godine. Najveća dobit ostvarena je u 2013. godini u iznosu od 48.200 kuna, u 2014. godini iznosila je 11.479 kuna, a u 2015. godini samo 6.681 kuna. Najveću stavku u strukturi prihoda ima prodana janjad, a u strukturi troškova hrana. Rentabilnost koja je jedan od pokazatelja uspješnosti proizvodnje, na OPG-u Ante Ursić iznosila je od 28,55% u prvoj godini do 6% u zadnjoj, a ekonomičnost se kretala također silaznim trendom od 1,4 do 1,06. Iako su ekonomski pokazatelji pozitivni, zabrinjavajući je njihov trend smanjenja
Abstract (english)
Sheep production is the industry that is expanding in Croatia, due to the large number of indigenous as well as foreign breeds. Merinolandschaf breed is one of the most important breeds of sheep in the world, created by crossing the German indigenous breeds with merino breeds and are raised for their meat and wool production. Family farm Ante Ursić engaged in sheep production in 1999 and is oriented to the production of lambs. Analytical calculations is determined income in the production of lambs for three years. The biggest gain was recorded in 2013 in the amount of 48.200 kuna in 2014 amounted to 11.479 kuna, and in 2015 only 6.681 kuna. The biggest item in the income structure has sold lambs and the cost structure of the food. Profitability, which is one of the performance indicators of production, on the family farm Ante Ursić was of 28.55% in the first year to 6% in the last, and economy also moved downward trend from 1.4 to 1.06. Although economic indicators are positive, their declining trend is worrying.
