Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu opisano je tržište malina u Republici Hrvatskoj, proizvodnja, cijene, distribucija, uvoz, izvoz i carine. Utvrđeno je kako je Hrvatska neopravdano nekonkurentna i potreba za ovim roizvodom zadovoljava se na stranom tržištu. Najveći prinosi ostvareni su 2013. godine kada su iznosili 3846 kg/ha. Najmanji prinosi ostvareni su 2005. godine kada smo imali samo 2643 kg/ha, no od 2006. godine pa nadalje proizvodnja je krenula postupno rasti, iako i dalje ne govorimo o nekom značajnijem porastu. Zasađene površine malina u RH u prikazanom jedanaestogodišnjem razdoblju variraju. Tako su 2010. godine iznosile 300 hektara, a 2012. godine bile samo 250 hektara. Prema podacima Hrvatskog zavoda za statistiku lani smo izvezli približno 283 tone malina, vrijedne 922.060 eura, što je znatan porast u odnosu na 2014 kada je ta brojka iznosila 76 tona. Također je prikazana kalkulacija proizvodnje malina na temelju koje možemo donijeti zaključke o isplativosti proizvodnje. Osvrnuli smo se i na proizvodnju susjednih nam država, Srbije i BIH, koji daleko prednjače u odnosu na našu proizvodnju ali i svjetsku.
Abstract (english)
In this master's thesis it's described the market of raspberry in Republic of Croatia,production ,prices ,distribution ,import,export and customs. We found that Croatia is unduly uncompetitive and needs for this kind of product satisfies on foreign market. Largest yields are achieved in 2013. and they amounted 3846 kg/ha. Smallest yields are achieved in 2005. when we had only 2643 kg/ha, but of 2006. the production started constantly growing and further we are not talking about significant increase. Planted sufrace of raspberry in RH shown in period of eleven years varies. So in 2010. year they amounted 300 ha, and 2012. year only 250 ha. According data croatian bureau for statistics last year we exported approximately 283 tons of raspberry,worth 922.060 euro's,which is considerable increase compared whith 2014. when that number was 76 ton's. Also it is shown calculation of production raspberry's based on which we can make conclusion's about profitability of production. We reviewed on production of our neighbour's country Serbia,BiH,that are far ahead compared on our production even also on global.
