Abstract
Cilj provedenog istraživanja bio je ispitati izvodljivost i opravdanost poduzetničkog projekta proizvodnje Portabello gljiva. Metoda rada kojom je obavljeno istraživanje bila je izrada potpuno razvijenog poslovnog plana što uključuje izradu SWOT analize, analize osjetljivosti, izradu financijskog plana te izračun pokazatelja uspješnosti projekta. Da bi se ostvario pozitivan financijski rezultat i osiguralo dobivanje kredita moralo se u realizaciju ovog projekta uključiti sve raspoložive obiteljske resurse, kako ljudske tako i kapitalne. Poslovnim planom je potvrđena njegova izvodljivost i opravdanost. Riječ je o profitabilnom, održivom i konkurentnom poslu koji ispunjava financijske potrebe obitelji, zadovoljava eksterne financijere te profesionalno ispunjava autora završnoga rada. Ukupno ulaganje u projekt iznosi 1.038.172,00 kn, a kumulativna dobit ostvarena za prvih pet godina poslovanja iznosi 1.742.919,00 kn.
Abstract (english)
The goal of the executed research was to investigate the feasibility and justifiability of the business project of manufacturing of Portabello mushrooms. The working method of the performed research was elaboration of completely developed business plan which includes elaboration of the SWOT analysis, analysis of sensibility, elaboration of the financial plan and reckoning of indicators of project efficiency. In order to achieve positive financial result and secure of getting a credit, it was necessary to include all disposable family resources, both human and capital ones, so the project could be realized. The business plan has confirmed its feasibility and justifiability. It is a question of profitable, viable and competitive business which realizes financial needs of the family, satisfies external financiers and profesionally fulfills the author of this work. Total investment in the project comes to 1.038.172,00 kn, and cumulative profit realized for the first five years of running a business comes to 1.742.919,00 kn.
