Abstract
Zagorski puran kao visoko vrijedan proizvod, postao je važna karika u prepoznatljivosti Hrvatske, a samim time njegov uzgoj zauzima važno mjestu u ciljevima kreiranja poljoprivredne politike Suvremeni način života i želja za što boljim izgledom i zdravljem, jednostavno nameću upotrebu puretine u svakodnevnom životu kao nezaobilaznu namirnicu. Stoga ni ne čudi da potrošnja purećeg mesa u Hrvatskoj bilježi pozitivne trendove, a to nam je dobra perspektiva za ulaganje sredstava u proizvodnju te za udruživanje poljoprivrednika i tvrtki kako bi postigli što veću konkurenciju na tržištu, ne samo hrvatskom nego i na europskom, pa čak i na svjetskom. To nam potvrđuje i nedavno priznanje. Naime, Vindijina industrija mesa Vindon iz Slavonskog Broda, naš najveći proizvođač puretine, uspostavila je normu IFS (International Food Standard). Ovaj međunarodno priznati standard jamči dobro upravljanje kvalitetom u svim aspektima poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Zagorje turkey as a highly valuable product, has become an important link in the recognition of Croatia, and thus it is cultivation occupies an important place in the objectives of creating agricultural policy. Modern lifestyles and the desire for a better appearance and health, simply impose the use of turkey in everyday life as an inevitable ingredient. It is no surprise that the consumption of turkey meat in Croatia recorded a positive trend, and that gives us a good perspective for investing in production and farmers union and the company to achieve a high degree of competition in the market, not only Croatian but also in Europe, and even and the world. This is confirmed by the recent recognition. The meat industry of Vindija, Vindon from Slavonski Brod, our largest turkey producer, has established a standard IFS (International Food Standard). This internationally recognized standard ensures good quality management in all aspects of business.
