Abstract
Poslovati se može kao fizička osoba, ili kao pravna osoba. Fizičke osobe su: obrt, samostalna djelatnost, obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo i sporedno zanimanje. Ako ćete poslovati putem pravne osobe, a to su: trgovačko društvo, zadruga, udruga, istu trebate prvo osnovati upisom u odgovarajući registar, pri čemu ćete postupak obaviti na trgovačkom sudu ili uredu državne uprave za poslove gospodarstva. Pravne osobe mogu: stjecati prava i preuzimati obveze, tužiti i biti tužena, mogu biti vlasnici pokretnih i nepokretnih stvari. Fizičke osobe mogu: kupovati, posjedovati i prodavati imovinu, tužiti i biti tužena, proizvoditi i prodavati proizvode kupcima. Odluka o obliku registracije temelji se na pomnom promišljanju i savjetovanju sa stručnjacima, jer poznavanje propisa omogućit će vam njihovu primjenu u vašu korist. Ne postoji najbolji organizacijski oblik, nego sve ovisi o poduzetničkim sklonostima, potrebama posla te brojnim drugim čimbenicima
Abstract (english)
Doing business can be as an individual or as a legal entity. Physical persons are: crafts, self-employment, family farm and secondary occupation. If you are going to do business through a legal entity, namely: a company, cooperative, an association, you must first register by registering with the relevant register, where you will be doing business at the commercial court or the state administration office. Legal persons can: acquire rights and take over obligations, sue and be liable, may be the movers and immovable property owners. Physical persons may: purchase, own and sell property, sue and be liable, produce and sell products to buyers. The registration form decision is based on careful reflection and consultation with experts, as knowledge of the regulations will allow you to apply them for your benefit. There is no best form of organization, but everything depends on entrepreneurial preferences, job requirements and many other factors
