Abstract
Kompetitivna analiza na primjeru ovčjeg mlijeka kao proizvoda, uvažavajući dinamičan karakter čimbenika vanjskog i unutarnjeg okruženja, pomaže subjektima uključenim u proizvodnju ovčjeg mlijeka da se na pravilan način diferenciraju od izravne i neizravne konkurencije. Temeljni cilj završnog rada je analizirati stanje ovčarstva u Republici Hrvatskoj i donijeti zaključke o važnijim karakteristikama kako vanjskog tako i unutarnjeg okruženja kako bi se identificirali strateški čimbenici koji mogu djelovati na perspektive daljnjeg razvoja ovčjeg mlijeka kao proizvoda. Usporedbom provedene Porterove i PEST analize, dolazi se do zaključka kako čimbenici političko-pravna okolina, konkurenti, tehnološka okolina i supstituti, imaju negativni utjecaj na ovčje mlijeko kao proizvod. Svi ostali čimbenici, osim potencijalnih novih sudionika, imaju poticajno djelovanje, što ovčje mlijeko čini perspektivnim i potencijalno profitabilnim proizvodom
Abstract (english)
Competitive analysis of sheep milk as a product, taking into account the dynamic nature of the external and internal environmental factors, helps the subjects involved in the production of sheep milk to be properly differentiated from direct and indirect competition. The basic aim of the BSc Thesis is to analyse the state of sheep breeding in the Republic of Croatia and to draw conclusions about important characteristics of both the external and the internal environment in order to identify the strategic factors that may affect the future development of sheep milk as a product. Comparing Porter’s and PEST analyses points to the conclusion that factors of the political-legal environment, competitors, technological environment and substitutes have a negative impact on sheep milk as a product. All other factors, beside the potential new participants, have a stimulating effect, which makes sheep milk a prospective and potentially profitable product.
