Abstract
Temelj poduzetničkog pothvata predstavlja proizvodnja ljutih umaka. U pitanju je dugoročna investicija, tako da u prvim godina ne može se očekivati značajan prihod. Dio papričica bi se prodavao svjež, dok bi se veći dio preradio u umake. Ljuti umaci bi bili raspoređeni u tri kategorije. Prvi umak „Ljuti umak“ na engleskom bi se zvao „Hot Flaming“, cijena je 13 kuna. Drugi umak „Jako ljuti“ na engleskom „Insane Hell“, cijena je 15 kuna. Treći umak „Izrazito ljuti“ na engleskom „Devils Death“, cijena 20 kuna. Poznati ljuti umak „Tabasco“ bi se zvao „Crobasco“. Cijena je 22 kune bočica od 80 mililitara
Abstract (english)
The foundation of this entrepreneurial venture is the production of hot sauces. This is a long-term investment, so that in the early years you can not be expected significant income. Part of the peppers would sold fresh, while most would be processed into sauces. Hot sauces would be divided into three categories. The first sauce „Hot sauce“ in English would be called „Hot Flaming“, the price is 13 kuna. Another sauce „Very hot“ int he English „Insane Hell“, the price is 15 kuna. Third sauce „Extremely hot“ in English „Devils Death“, the price is 20 kuna. The famous hot sauce „Tabasco“ would be called „Crobasco“. The price is 22 kuna bottle of 80 milliliters.
