Abstract
Segmentacija tržišta je podjela tržišta (potrošača) u skupine, pri čemu su potrošači unutar skupina međusobno što sličniji, a razlike među skupinama što je moguće veće. Segmentacija tržišta se radi zbog razumijevanja tržišta kao i odabira segmenta tržišta kojem želimo prodavati naše proizvode, tj. skupini osoba ili poduzeća prema kojima se kreira marketinški splet (proizvod, cijena, distribucija i promocija). Ovisno da li nas pri segmentaciji tržišta zanima tržište krajnje ili poslovne potrošnje primjenjujemo različite varijable. Najčešće varijable za segmentaciju tržišta krajnje potrošnje možemo podijeliti u četiri velike skupine: Geografske, demografske, psihografske, ponašanje potrošača. Najčešće varijable za segmentaciju tržišta poslovne potrošnje možemo podijeliti takođeri u četiri skupine: Zemljopisna lokacija, vrsta organizacije, veličina kupca, primjena proizvoda Dobro razvijena strategija segmentacije poboljšavaju marketing i prodaju tako da omogućuje razvoj posebnih proizvoda za kupce koji ih visoko pozicioniraju, pomaže u pronalaženju novih kupaca, pomaže u usklađivanju proizvođačkih kapaciteta i potrošačkih potreba, omogućuje uspješan razvoj novih proizvoda
Abstract (english)
Segmentation of the market is the division of markets (consumers) into groups, where consumers within the groups are the same as each other, and the differences between the groups as much as possible. Market segmentation is due to understanding the market as well as selecting the market segment we want to sell our products, ie the group of people or companies that create a marketing sphere (product, price, distribution and promotion). Depending on the market segmentation of the market for end-use or business spending, we apply different variables. The most common variables for segmentation of the final consumption market can be divided into four major groups: Geographic, Demographic, Psychological, Consumer Behavior. The most common variables for segmenting the business market can also be divided into four groups: Geographical location, organization type, customer size, product application. A well-developed segmentation strategy enhances marketing and sales by enabling the development of special products for high-ranking customers, helping to find new customers, helping to align production capacity and consumer needs, and enables successful development of new products
