Abstract
Cilj rada bio je prikazati sustav proizvodnje krmiva za potrebe hranidbe goveda u sustavu krava – tele na primjeru OPG-a Matija Bitunjac iz Čenkova, te dati kritički osvrt i prijedloge poboljšanja. Istraživanje je provedeno intervjuiranjem nositelja OPG-a o proizvodnoj praksi i rezultatima tijekom proteklih godinu dana. Istraživanje je pokazalo da OPG Bitunjac iz Čenkova proizvodi, i u hranidbi goveda koristi jedino voluminozna krmiva. Tijekom pašne sezone ispaša je jedina krma, a tijekom razdoblja zimske hranidbe koriste se silaža nadzemne mase kukuruza, livadno sijeno, slama pira, pšenice i soje. Na istraživanom OPG-u u 2016. godini postignut je osrednji prinos sijena na trajnim travnjacima (5,1 t/ha) i osrednji prinos silaže nadzemne mase kukuruza (40 t/ha). Kao ograničavajući čimbenici postizanja viših prinosa ustanovljeni su kiselost tla, siromaštvo hranivima, plitkoća tla i položaj na nagibima koji smanjuju mogućnost skladištenja vode za sušna razdoblja. Unatoč relativno nepovoljnim zemljišnim uvjetima, postignut je umjereni prirast tjelesne mase teladi od prosječno 0,975 kg/dan/grlu. Relativno dobri prirasti teladi izraženi po grlu mogu se pripisati relativno niskom stočnom fondu po jedinci površine ukupnog zemljišta i ukupnih travnjaka, odnosno posljedično zadovoljavajućoj dostupnosti krme za konzumaciju. Na istraživanom OPG-u ustanovljen skladan odnos između zemljišnih resursa (zemljišne površine i njihova proizvodnost), hranidbenih potreba goveda i proizvodnih rezultata (broj proizvedene teladi i izlazna tjelesna masa).
Abstract (english)
Aim of the research was to present the system of fodder production for feeding cattle in cow-calf system at the family farm Matija Bitunjac from the Čenkovo village, as well to give a review and proposals for improvement of the forage production system. The research was conducted by interviewing the head of the family farm about production praxis and production results during the last year. The research has shown tha the family farm produces and feeds the forages only (no grains nor concentrates). During the grazing season pasture is the only feed, whilst during the winter feeding period there were fed maize silage, meadow hay, spelt straw, wheat straw and soya staw. In the 2016 year there was obtained moderate hay yield non permanent grasslands (5,1 t/ha) and moderate maize silage yield (40 t/ha). As a limiting factors there were revealed the soil acidity, low level of plant available nutrients, shallow depth of soil, and position on inclinations which are decreasing the water storing capacity for the drought periods. Despite the relatively unfavorable soil conditions, there was obtained a moderate liveweigth gain of the calves: 0,975 kg/day/head in average. This satisfactory liveweight gain of calves was achieved thanks to the relative low stocking rate and consequently good forage availability. In the overall, There was revealed a good relationshim between soil resources (land area and productivity), livestock feeding needs and production results (calving and final weight).
