Abstract
Cilj istraživanja bio je proučiti te utvrditi alelopatski potencijal korovne vrste bezmirisne kamilice (Tripleurospermum inodorum (L.) C.H.Schultz) na klijavost i rast radiča. U prvom pokusu ispitivan je utjecaj vodenih ekstrakata bezmirisne kamilice u Petrijevim zdjelicama, u drugom utjecaj vodenih ekstrakata bezmirisne kamilice u posudama s tlom, a u trećem utjecaj biljnih ostataka bezmirisne kamilice u posudama s tlom. Vodeni ekstrakti imali su značajan utjecaj na klijavost i rast klijanaca radiča u Petrijevim zdjelicama, a najviša koncentracija od 10% smanjila je mjerene parametre i do 100%. Vodeni ekstrakti primijenjeni u posude s tlom nisu pokazali značajan utjecaj na nicanje i rast klijanaca radiča. Biljni ostatci bezmirisne kamilice negativno su utjecali na nicanje i rast klijanaca u većoj ispitivanoj dozi (20 g/kg tla).
Abstract (english)
The aim of the study was to investigate the alelopathic potential of weed species scentless mayweed (Tripleurospermum inodorum (L.) C.H.Schultz) on germination and growth of radicchio. In the first experiment, the influence of water extracts of the scentless mayweed in Petri dishes was investigated, in the second effect of the water extracts of scentless mayweed in pots with soil, and in the third effect of the plant residues in the pots with soil. Water extracts had a significant effect on germination and growth of seedlings in Petri dishes, and the highest concentration of 10% reduced the measured parameters up to 100%. The water extracts applied to the pots with soil had no significant effect on the germination and growth of the radicchio seedlings. Plants residues of scentless mayweed had a negative effect on germination and growth of seedlings at a higher dose (20 g / kg soil).
