Abstract
Kanali distribucije mogu se definirati kao skupine pojedinaca i organizacija koji usmjeravaju tijek proizvoda od proizvoĎača do potrošača. Možemo ih podijeliti na izravne i neizravne kanale distribucije. Ovisno o vrsti potrošača razlikujemo kanale koji se oblikuju za proizvode krajnje potrošnje i one koji se oblikuju za potrebe poslovne potrošnje. Članovi kanala, posrednici izmeĎu proizvoĎača i potrošača koriste se zbog usmjeravanja tijeka proizvoda i usluga, smanjenja broja transakcija i postizanja optimalnog asortimana. Ovisno o vrsti proizvoda i njegovim karakteristikama razlikujemo intenzivnu, selektivnu i ekskluzivnu distribuciju. Suradnja članova u kanalima distribucije proizlazi iz zajedničkog cilja, a to je postići zadovoljstvo kupaca. Zbog suprotnih interesa sudionika kanala distribucije često dolazi do sukoba. Kako bi se sukobi izbjegli sudionici se udružuju, a to udruživanje može biti horizontalno i vertikalno. Vrlo je važno da poduzeće oblikuje marketinški kanal koji će biti troškovno učinkovit, odgovarati ciljnom tržištu i vrsti proizvoda koji se nude.
Abstract (english)
Distribution channels can be defined as groups of individuals and organizations that direct the product flow from the producer to the consumer. We can divide them into direct and indirect distribution channels. Depending on the type of consumer, we differentiate channels that are designed for end-consumer products and those that are designed for the needs of business spending. Channel members, intermediaries between manufacturers and consumers are used to streamline the flow of products and services, reduce the number of transactions and achieve the optimum assortment. Depending on the type of product and its characteristics, we distinguish between intensive, selective and exclusive distribution. The co-operation of members in distribution channels stems from a common goal, which is to achieve customer satisfaction. Because of the opposing interests of distribution channel participants, there is often conflict. In order to avoid conflicts the participants are united, and this association can be horizontal and vertical. It is very important that the company creates a marketing channel that will be cost effective, match the target market and the type of product being offered.
