Abstract
Za potrebe ovog završnog rada proveden je pokus na pokušalištu Mandićevac. Vinogorje Đakovo. Cilj istraživanja je bio utvrditi utjecaj različitih podloga na broj i masu zaperaka kod sorte Traminac mirisavi. Pokus je napravljen na 20 uzoraka svake od podloga, ukupno 40. Ručno uklonjeni zaperci su se brojali i vagali. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata i statističke obrade utvrđeno je da dobivene razlike u broju i masi zaperaka između istraživanih podloga nisu statistički značajne. Budući da se radi o jednogodišnjem istraživanju ostvareni rezultat ne mora nužno predstavljati konačan rezultat. Za detaljniju i kvalitetniju procjenu istraživanih parametara istraživanje treba obaviti na nekoliko lokacija i na više godina.
Abstract (english)
For the purpose of this theses work we made an experiment on the experimental yard Mandićevac, Djakovo winegrowing district. The subject of this research was to determinate the influence of different rootstock on the number and shoots mass of grape vine (Vitis vinifera L.) cultivar Traminac. The experiment was conducted in twenty samples of each rootstock (Kober 5BB, SO4), forty in total. Manually removed dewclaws were counted and weigh afterwards. According to our results it was determinated that differences in the number and mass of sprouts were of no significance. Since it is one – year study the results may not reflect the terminal conclusion. For more detailed and better evaluation for the researched parameters we should take experiments on multiple locations and in more years.
