Abstract
Cilj rada bio je izmjeriti i prikazati osnovna muzna svojstva krava jersey pasmine na primjeru jedne suvremene govedarske farme za proizvodnju mlijeka. U istraživanje je bilo uključeno 15 krava od druge do pete laktacije, sa prosječnim trajanjem od 182 dana laktaciji. Krave jersey pasmine imale su prosječnu količinu mlijeka po mužnji 11,42 kg, dok su prosječni i maksimalni protok mlijeka iznosili 1,97 i 3,03 kg/min. Utvrđena je veća zastupljenost poželjnijih krivulja protoka mlijeka (pravokutna i stepenasta) u iznosu od 58 %, dok su manje poželjne krivulje bile zastupljene sa 42 % (bimodalna i neodređena). Prosječno trajanje uzlazne i silazne faze krivulje protoka mlijeka iznosilo je 2,84 minute, dok je plato faza trajala 1,89 minuta. Glavna faza mužnje trajala je približno 6,00 minuta. Sa stajališta dobre muznosti, krave jersey pasmine iz ovoga istraživanja imaju nešto niži prosječni protok, kraće trajanje plato faze krivulje protoka mlijeka, te veću zastupljenost poželjnih krivulja protoka mlijeka.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to measured and show the basic milkability traits of jersey breed cows, in the modern dairy farm. The study included 15 cows from the 2th to the 5th lactation, with average duration of 182 days in milk. The cows of the jersey breed had an average milk production per milking of 11.42 kg, while the average and maximum milk flow were 1.97 and 3.03 kg/min, respectively. A higher rates of the more desirable milk flow curves (rectangular and stepping) was found in 58%, while the less desirable curves were represented by 42% (bimodal and unspecified). The average duration of the ascending and descending phase of the milk flow curve were 2.84 minutes, while the plateau phase lasted 1.89 minutes. The main stage of milking lasted approximately 6.00 minutes. From the point of view of good milkability, the jersey cows have a slightly lower average of the milk flow rate, a shorter duration of plateau phase of the milk flow curve, and a greater representation of the desired curves of the milk flow.
