Abstract
Svjetska proizvodnja suncokreta bilježi trend povećanja proizvodnje suncokreta zbog raznovrsnih mogućnosti korištenja sjemena i ostalih dijelova biljke. Sjeme suncokreta koristi se za proizvodnju ulja i drugih proizvoda za ljudsku i životinjsku ishranu te kao sirovina za proizvodnju biodizela. Suncokret je kultura koja zahtjeva manje ulaganja u odnosu na žitarice, daje visok i stabilan prinos sjemena i odlično se uklapa u plodored pa je preporučljivo uzgajati ovu kulturu. Na površinama Agrovrpolja d.o.o. u 2018. g. suncokret se uzgajao površini od 16 ha. Sjetva je obavljena u sušnijem periodu tokom travnja, ali je dovoljna količina oborina od svibnja do kraja kolovoza povoljno utjecala na rast i razvoj suncokreta koji je dao zadovoljavajući prinos prilikom žetve. Tokom proizvodnje primijenjene su sve potrebne agrotehničke mjere, većih problema sa zaštitom usjeva od korova, bolesti i štetnika nije bilo. Žetva je obavljena početkom rujna, a prinos sjemena pri 8 % vlažnosti iznosio je 4 t/ha, što je veće od petogodišnjeg hrvatskog prosjeka (2013.-2017.) koji iznosi 2,92 t/ha. Tvrtka Agrovrpolje d.o.o. planira povećati proizvodne površine za proizvodnju suncokreta te planira uvesti i postrnu sjetvu.
Abstract (english)
World production of sunflower has a tendency to increase sunflower production due to the variety of possibilities of using seeds and other parts of the plant. Sunflower seed is used for the production of oils and other products for human and animal nutrition and as a raw material for the production of biodiesel. Sunflower is a crop that requires less investment than grains, gives a high and stable yield of seeds and is ideally suited to growing, so it is recommended to grow this culture. On the Agrovrpolje d.o.o. in 2018 sunflower was grown with a surface of 16 ha. The sowing was done in the drier season during April, but sufficient rainfall from May to the end of August had a favorable impact on the growth and development of sunflower which yielded a satisfactory harvest yield. All the necessary agrotechnical measures were applied during the production, and there were no major problems with the protection of weeds, diseases and pests. Harvesting was done in early September and seed yield at 8 % humidity was 4 t/ha, which is higher than the five-year average of Croatia (2013- 2017), which is 2.92 t/ha. Agrovrpolje d.o.o. plans to increase production areas for sunflower production and plans to introduce and post-sowing.
