Abstract
Različite vrste gljiva, bakterija i virusa mogu se izolirati sa biljaka soje tokom vegetacije kao i sa zrna soje. Stoga je praćenje zdravstvenog stanja biljaka i praćenje zdravstvenog stanja sjemena od velike važnosti kako bismo znali koje bolesti tijekom proizvodnje soje nam limitiraju ostvarenje visokih prinosa. Tijekom dvije godine (2015., 2016.) postavljeni su sortni pokusi na lokaciji Sopot, Vinkovci. Praćeno je zdravstveno stanje biljaka soje tijekom vegetacije i zdravstveno stanje zrna soje nakon vršidbe. U pokusu 2015. godine bilo je zasijano 24 sorte, a u 2016. godini 19 sorata soje. S obzirom na zasijane genotipove u obje godine istraživanja utvrđena je različita otpornost genotipova na bolesti. Sorte zasijane u pokusu pripadale su domaćem i stranom sortimentu. Pojava uzročnika bolesti soje je utvrđena, ali nisu utvrđena odstupanja u intenzitetu zaraze nekim od patogena u odnosu na prethodna istraživanja niti pojava novih uzročnika bolesti.
Abstract (english)
Different types of fungi, bacteria and viruses can be isolated from soybean plants during vegetation as well as with soybean grain. Therefore, monitoring the plant health status and monitoring the health status of the seed is of great importance in order to know which diseases during soybean production limit us the achievement of high yields. During the two years (2015, 2016) varietal experiments were set up at Sopot, Vinkovci. The health status of soybeans during the vegetation and the health status of the soybean grain was monitored. In the experiment in 2015, 24 varieties were sown, and in 2016, 19 soybean varieties. Considering the sown genotypes in both studies, different resistance to disease genotypes has been established The varieties in the trial belonged to domestic and foreign assortments. The appearance of soybean pathogens has been established, but no differences in the intensity of some of the pathogens from the previous studies or the emergence of new pathogens have been established.
