Abstract
Vinova loza je listopadna, grmolika i drvenasta penjačica koja pripada porodici Vitaceae. Jedna je od najstarijih kulturnih biljaka. Vinova loza uzgaja se na gotovo svim terenima. Zahvaljujući reljefu, klimi i tlu u Hrvatskoj je moguće uzgajati nekoliko različitih kvalitetnih sorti od kojih se proizvode vrhunska vina. Proizvod vinove loze, grožđe, ima veliki značaj jer se može koristiti svježe, sušeno, te prerađeno u sokove i alkohol.
Abstract (english)
The grapevine is a deciduous, bushy, and woody climbing plant of the Vitaceae family. It is one of the oldest cultured plants. The grapevine is grown on almost all types of terrain. Thanks to the terrain, soil, and the climate, one can grow several different good quality varieties in Croatia, which are used to make superior quality wines. The grape, which is the fruit of the grapevine, is extremely important as it can be used fresh, dried, and in the form of juice and alcohol.
