Abstract
U radu se objašnjava kratka povijest te svrha katastra koji ima za cilj pružiti uvid u središnju bazu katastarskih podataka Republike Hrvatske. Uvidom u te podatke značajno je olakšano pristupanje zemljišnim česticama na terenu. Također je obuhvaćen i kratki opis vinogradarskog katastara i inventarizacije (lat. inventarisatio) koja je bitna zbog daljnjih agrotehničkih zahvata u vinogradima tvrtke Kutjevo d.d. trenutnog predvodnika u segmentu proizvođača vrhunskih vina. Upotrebljeni su podaci o trenutnom stanju nasada vinograda te izvodi katastarskog plana za lokalitet Vinkomir. Važno je naglasiti kako je građanima i tvrtkama na području Republike Hrvatske Zajednički informacijski sustav zemljišnih knjiga i katastra postao dostupan u digitalnom obliku tek 16. lipnja 2014. godine, čime je vrijeme potrebno za pristup podacima i uknjižbu znatno skraćeno te gdje se u velikoj mjeri prije toga datuma oslanjalo na papirnate planove i izvode zemljišnih knjiga.
Abstract (english)
This paper explains the short history and purpose of the cadastre that aims to provide insight into the central database of cadastral data of the Republic of Croatia. Inspecting these data has made it easy to access land plot plots in the field. Also included is a brief description of vineyard cadastre and inventory (lat inventarisatio) which is essential for further agrotechnical interventions in vineyards of Kutjevo d.d. the current leader in the segment of top quality wine producers. Data on the current state of vineyard cultivation and the cadastral plan for the Vinkomir site are used. It is important to emphasize that citizens and businesses in the Republic of Croatia have become available in digital format only on 16 June 2014., thus making the time needed for access to data and registration to be considerably shortened and to a great extent before of that date relying on paper plans and carrying out land registers.
