Abstract
Pšenica je najznačajniji ratarski usjev i najrasprostranjenija žitarica u svijetu. Sadrži 13,5% proteina i zbog toga je vodeći izvor bjelančevina u ishrani ljudi. Koristi se u mlinarstvu, prehrambenoj i farmaceutskoj industriji, te stočnoj hrani i dr. Obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo Mendeš se bavi ratarskom i stočarskom proizvodnjom. Od ratarskih proizvoda, osim pšenice, uzgajaju i kukuruz, soju i ječam. U 2017. godini gospodarstvo je ostvarilo financijski rezultat u iznosu od 2.084 kn. Ukupni prihodi su iznosili 9.040 kn, dok su troškovi bili 6.956 kn. Koeficijent ekonomičnosti je bio 1,3 što nam pokazuje da je proizvodnja pšenice bila ekonomična. Stopa rentabilnosti je iznosila 23,05 % što dovodi do zaključka da je proizvodnja bila isplativa. Količina pšenice po uloženom satu rada iznosila je 342,86 kg. U 2018. godini prihodi su iznosili 10.560 kn, od čega je 7.042,67 kn izdvojeno za troškove. Ostvareni financijski rezultat je iznosio 3.517,33 kn. Proizvodnja je bila ekonomična sa koeficijentom od 1,5. Rentabilnost je imala stopu od 33,31 %, dok je proizvodnost rada iznosila 361,9 kg/h.
Abstract (english)
Wheat is the most important crop and the most widespread grain in the world. It contains 13.5% protein and is therefore the leading source of protein in human nutrition. It is used in the milling, food and pharmaceutical industries, as well as animal feed, etc. Mendeš Family Farming is engaged in crop and livestock production. In addition to wheat, they also grow maize, soybean and barley from crop products. In 2017, the economy achieved a financial result of HRK 2.084. Total revenue was HRK 9.040, while expenses were HRK 6.956. The economy coefficient was 1,3, which shows us that wheat production was economical. The rate of return was 23,05% leading to the conclusion that production was profitable. The amount of wheat per hour worked was 342,86 kg. In 2018, revenues amounted to HRK 10,560, of which HRK 7.042,67 was earmarked for expenses. The realized financial result amounted to HRK 3.517,33. Production was economical with a coefficient of 1,5. Profitability was 33,31 %, while labor productivity was 361,9 kg.
