Abstract
Jagoda je biljka iz porodice ruža. Jagoda se može uzgajati u veoma različitim ekološkim sredinama od suptropa preko umjerene kontinentalne klime do južne granice Arktika. Od klimatskih čimbenika za jagodu su važni temperatura, voda i vlažnost, svjetlost i vjetar. Jagodu uzgajamo na zemljištima koja su dobro propusna za vodu s dosta humusa i s malo gline. Temeljni cilj završnog rada je analizirati isplativost proizvodnje jagode kroz projekciju i razradu poduzetničke ideje koristeći osnovne ekonomske kategorije prihoda, rashoda i profita, odnosno dobiti. U radu je prikazana ekonomska isplativost pomoću direktne prodaje po cijeni od 11 kn/kg te je ostvaren prihod od 266.200,00 kn.
Abstract (english)
Strawberry is a herb from the herb family of roses. Strawberry can be grown in various ecological environments from subtropics to temperate continental climates to the southern border of Arctic. Climate factors for strawberries are temperature, water and humidity, light and wind. Strawberries are grown on soils that are well permeable to water, with plenty of humus and clay. The goal of the final paper is to analyze the profitability of strawberry production through the projection and elaboration of entrepreneurial ideas using the basic economic categories of income, expenses and profit. The final work paper presents the economic cost-effectiveness through direct sales at a price of HRK 11 / kg and generated a revenue of HRK 266,200.00.
