Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je utvrđivanje utjecaja sortee, agrotehnike i vremenskih uvjeta na komponente prinosa (broj klasova po m, broj zrna po klasu i masu 1000 zrna), neka agronomska svojstva ( visina biljke, dužina klasa, masa vlati, masa klasa, žetveni indeks), a u konačnici na samom prinosu i kvalitetu zrna (hektolitarska masa, sadržaj proteina, vlažnog glutena i škroba, te sedimentacijska vrijednost). Pokus s osam sorti je proveden na pokusnim površinama Centra za sjemenarstvo i... More rasadničarstvo tijekom vegetacijske sezone 2018/2019., a morfološka mjerenja i analize uzoraka odrađene su u laboratoriju Centra. Podaci o vremenskim uvjetima tijekom vegetacijskog razdoblja 2018/2019. prikupljeni su s interne meteorološke stanice Centra za sjemenarstvo i rasadničarstvo, a višegodišnje prosječne vrijednosti (1961-1990) su službeni podaci Državnog hidrometeorološkog zavoda Republike Hrvatske. Vremenske prilike u vegetacijskoj godini 2018/2019. za pšenicu su bile specifične. Ukupna količina oborina bila je manja od višegodišnjeg prosjeka uz neravnomjerni raspored po mjesecima, a cijela vegetacijska godina je bila toplija, osobito veljača, ožujak i lipanj kada su visoke temperature prouzročile brže sazrijevanje i manju hektolitarsku masu. Utvrđen je prosječni prinos sorti od 7,69 t/ha uz prosječnu naturalnu vlagu zrna od 12,7. Izostao je učinak sorte na prinos zrna i žetveni indeks, a razlika između najvišeg i najnižeg prinosa iznosila je 1,57 t/ha, dok je za sva ostala istraživanja svojstva utvrđenoa statistička opravdanost i velika varijabilnost među sortama. Sorta Graindor u ovom istraživanju postigla je najviši prinos od 8,9 T/ha, uz manji broj klasova po m2 i broj zrna po klasu, ali s većom masom 1000 zrna, a CCB Ingenio je također imala visok prinos zahvaljujući velikoj masi 1000 zrna od 32,4 do 44 g. Relativno veliki broj zrna po klasu rezultat je dužine klasa. Prosječna hektolitarska masa iznosila je relativno niskih 75,4 kg/hl. Glede sadržaja proteina najviše vrijednosti imale su sore Kraljica (12,5%) i Graindor (13,4%). Sadrzaj vlažnog glutena kretao se od 23,5% /Falado) do 28,9 (CCB Ingenio), a prosječna sedimentacijska vrijednost iznosila je 38,9 cm3 gdje su se najbolje iskazale Maja i CCB Ingenio (43,5 cm3). Less
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to determine the influence of veriety, agrotechnics and weather conditions on the wheat yield components (number of spikes pedm2, number of grains per spike and 1000 grains weight), some agronomic traits (plant height, length of spike, weight of stem, weight of spike, harvest index), and familly on grain yield and quality (test weight, contents of protein, wet gluten and starch, and sedimentation value. Morphological measurements and sample analyses wereperformed in the Center's laboratory. Weather data during the 2018/2019. growing season were collected from the internaal meteorological station of the Center, While the long-term average velues (1961-1990 are official data of the Croatian Meteorological and Hydrological Service. Weather conditions in the winter wheat growing season 2018/2019. were specific. The total rainfall was warmer, especially February, Marxh and June when high temperatures caused faster mauration and less test weight. The average yield of the varieties was 7,96 t/hr with an average grain moisture 12,7%. There was no effect, of the variety on grain yield and harvest index, but the difference between the highest and the lowest yield was 1,57 t/ha, while all other tested traits were statistically proven. The Grainder veriety in this stady achieved the figfest yield of 8,9 t/ha, with a smaller number of spikes per m2 and number of grains per spike, but with a higher 1000 grains weight, and CCB Ingenio also had a high yield due to the high 1000 grains weight. The average nimber of spikes per m2 was 559, the number of grains per spike ranged from 40,5 tp 51,3, and the mass of 1000 grains from 32,4 to 44 g. A relatively lange number of grains per spike is the result of the higher spike length. The average test weight was relatively low at 75,4 kg/hl. The wet gluten content ranged from 23,5%(Felade) to 28,9 (CCB Ingenio) , with an average sedimentation value of 38,9 cm3, where Maja and CCB Ingenio ( 43,5 cm3) were the best. Less
