Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je bio utvrditi djelovanje 10 različitih eteričnih ulja (list cimeta, klinčićevac, bijeli bor, paprena metvica, lavanda, timijan, anis, usplođe gorke naranče, ljekovita kadulja i kim) na porast micelija Rhizoctonia sp. izolata s paprike i duhana. Pokus je proveden u in vitro uvjetima na PDA podlozi. Postavljen je u 4 ponavljanja, a zone inhibicije su se mjerile 3., 6. i 9. dan od nacjepljivanja. Eterična ulja bijelog bora, lavande, gorke naranče, kadulje i kima imala su stimulirajući učinak na porast micelija izolata s paprike, dok su na izolat s duhana imala inhibirajući učinak. Ulje timijana je kod oba izolata imalo statistički vrlo značajan negativni učinak na porast micelija. Ulja metvice i kima su na izolatu s duhana potpuno inhibirala rast micelija, dok na izolatu s paprike nisu imala antifungalno djelovanje.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of 10 different essential oils (cinnamon leaf, cloves, white pine, peppermint, lavender, thyme, anise, bitter orange, medicinal sage and caraway) on the growth of mycelium Rhizoctonia sp. isolates from peppers and tobacco. The experiment was performed in vitro on a PDA medium. It was set in 4 repetitions, and the zones of inhibition were measured on days 3, 6, and 9 after inoculation. White pine, lavender, bitter orange, sage and caraway essential oils had a stimulating effect on the mycelium growth of pepper isolates, while they had a inhibitory effect on tobacco isolates. Thyme oil had a statistically significant negative effect on mycelial growth in both isolates. Peppermint and cumin oils completely inhibited mycelium growth on tobacco isolate, while they did not have antifungal activity on pepper isolate.
