Abstract
Vegetativno razmnoţavanje borovnice putem kulture tkiva in vitro, odnosno mikropropagacijom predstavlja vrlo efikasan i učinkoviti model masovne proizvodnje zdravih i uniformnih biljaka u vrlo kratkom vremenskom ciklusu koji ne ovisi o vremenskim uvjetima. MeĎu unutarnjim čimbenicima uspješnosti mikropropagacije biljni hormon auksin je dominantan regulator u razvoju korijena. Modifikacija protokola u propagaciji borovnice s ciljem skraćivanja faze ukorjenjivanja/rizogeneze i faze aklimatizacije spajanjem u jednu zajedničku fazu, znatno smanjuje ciklus proizvodnje čak za tri do pet tjedana. Indukcija adventivnih korjenčića ključni je korak uspješnosti vegetativne propagacije. Naši rezultati sugeriraju vrlo veliku učinkovitost upotrebe auksina IBA u ukorjenjivanju borovnice. Duţina korjenčića, broj korjenčića i uspješnost rizogeneze po evaluacijskoj shemi kod tretmana IBA značajno je bolja u odnosu na sve ostale tretmane (kontrola i prah). Tretman koji je uključivao primjenu posuda sa rupama rezultirao je značajno boljom duţinom korjenčića, brojem korjenčića i uspješnijom rizogenezom prema evaluacijskoj shemi u odnosu na tretman koji je uključivao posudu bez rupa. Daljnja istraţivanja usmjeriti na ispitivanja učinka drugih koncentracija i evaluacije IBA na rizogenezu drugih kultivara visokogrmolike borovnice in vitro.
Abstract (english)
Vegetative propagation of blueberries by tissue culture in vitro or micropropagation is a very efficient and effective model of mass production of healthy and uniform plants in a very short time cycle that is independent of weather conditions. Among the internal factors of micropropagation success, the plant hormone auxin is the dominant regulator in root development. Modification of the blueberry propagation protocol to shorten rooting / rhizogenesis and acclimatization phases by merging them into one common phase significantly reduces the production cycle of three to five weeks. Induction of adventitious roots is a key step in the success of vegetative propagation. Our results suggest the very high efficiency of IBA auxin use in rooting blueberries. Root length, number of rhizomes and the success of rhizogenesis according to the evaluation scheme of IBA treatments are significantly better than all other treatments (control and powder). Treatment involving the use of pots with holes resulted in significantly better root length, number of rootlets and more successful rhizogenesis according to the evaluation scheme compared to the treatment that included a pot without holes. Further research focus examining on the effect of others concentration and evaluation IBAs on rhisogenesis other highbush blueberry cultivars in vitro.
