Abstract
Peradarstvo je grana stočarstva koja u današnje vrijeme najbolje napreduje u odnosu na druge grane stočarstva te stanovništvo opskrbljuje namirnicama visoke biološke vrijednosti – mesom i jajima. Peradarska proizvodnja je doprinijela poboljšanju prehrane ljudi. Cilj rada je bio prvenstveno upoznati kakva je vrijednost peradarske proizvodnje u današnje vrijeme jer vidno propada cijelo stočarstvo te utvrditi tehnologiju proizvodnje tovnih pilića na OPG-u Mirjana Lučić gdje se koriste dva teška... More linijska hibrida Ross i Cobb. Proizvođači su zadovoljni cjelokupnim procesom, ali napretka ima u velikoj mjeri koje se može ostvariti kroz europske fondove te uz ulaganje vlastitih investicija. Abstract (english)
Poultry is a branch of animal husbandry that is currently making the most progress compared to other branches of animal husbandry, and it supplies the population with high biological value foods - meat and eggs. Poultry production has contributed to improving of human nutrition. The aim of this paper was primarily to get acquainted with the value of poultry production nowadays because the animal husbandry is visibly degrading and to determine the technology of production of fattening... More chickens at the farm of Mirjana Lucic, where two heavy hybrids Ross and Cobb are used. The producers are satisfied with the overall process, but there is a great deal of progress that can be made through European funds and by investing their own investments. Less
