Abstract
Diplomski rad analizom literature i istraživanjem predstavlja prethodna znanja u vezi vanjskotrgovinskog poslovanja, međunarodne ekonomije, vanjskotrgovinske bilance i poslovanja dioničkog društva Podravka d.d.. Pojam vanjskotrgovinsko poslovanje se odnosi na transakcije između zemlje u kojoj se roba proizvodi i svih ostalih zemalja. Rad analizira poslovanje tvrtke Podravka d.d.. Tvrtka ima razvijeno tržište i proizvode koji su lideri na pojedinim tržištima. Cilj istraživanja je prihvaćanje ili odbacivanje početnih hipoteza, te zaključivanje o važnosti međunarodnog poslovanja. Rad se temelji na analizi financijskih dokumenata, te dostupnih publikacija i članaka.
Abstract (english)
Graduate thesis by literature analysis and research presents previous knowledge regarding foreign trade business, international economy, foreign trade balance and business operations of Podravka d.d. The concept of foreign trade refers to transactions between the country where the goods are produced and all other countries. The paper analyses Podravka business operations d.d.. The company has a large market and products that are leaders in specific markets. The aim of the research is to accept or reject initial hypotheses and to conclude the importance of international business. The paper is based on an analysis of financial documents and available publications and articles.
