Abstract
U razdoblju od 2014. do 2018. godine smanjivala se ukupna proizvodnja mlijeka. Istovremeno se značajno povećao uvoz mlijeka u Republiku Hrvatsku. U Europskoj uniji su Njemačka, Francuska, Velika Britanija, Nizozemska, Poljska i Italija proizvodile više od 50 % od ukupne proizvodnje sirovog mlijeka u 2018. godini, a Republika Hrvatska proizvodi tek 0,37 %, čime se svrstava na začelje među državama članicama Europske unije u proizvodnji mlijeka. U distribuciji kravljeg mlijeka u 2018. godini Republika Hrvatska također je na začelju među državama članicama Europske unije s udjelom od 0,29 % od ukupne distribucije kravljeg mlijeka u državama članicama Europske unije. Pretpostavlja se da će do 2030. godine unutar Europske unije proizvodnja mlijeka umjereno rasti, pri čemu će proizvodnja rasti prvenstveno u razvijenim državama članicama. S obzirom na očiti trend padanja proizvodnje mlijeka u Republici Hrvatskoj u proteklih nekoliko godina, očekuje se da proizvodnja mlijeka u Republici Hrvatskoj u narednom desetljeću neće rasti.
Abstract (english)
In the Republic of Croatia in the 2014-2018 period total milk production decreased. At the same time, milk imports into the Republic of Croatia increased significantly. At the same time, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Poland and Italy accounted for more than 50% of total raw milk production in 2018 in the European Union, while the Republic of Croatia produced only 0.37%, which ranks Republic of Croatia among EU member states with lowest milk production. In the distribution of cow's milk in 2018, the Republic of Croatia is also one of EU member states with lowest milk distribution with a share of 0.29% of the total distribution of cow's milk in the EU member states. It is estimated that by 2030 milk production in the European Union will grow moderately, with production rising primarily in developed EU member states. Given the apparent downward trend in milk production in the Republic of Croatia over the past few years, it is expected that milk production in the Republic of Croatia will not increase in the next decade.
