Abstract
Višnja je jedno od plemenitih voća s dugom tradicijom sadnje porijeklom iz Male Azije. Postoji dosta različitih sorti višnje, a pri izboru željene sorte treba voditi računa o brojnim čimbenicima kao što su: uporabna vrijednost, kvaliteta plodova, redovita rodnost i visok prirod, veličina i čvrstoća ploda, te mogućnosti zamrzavanja. Kako je uzgoj u odgovarajućim agrotehničkim uvjetima veoma bitan kako bi se postigao što veći i kvalitetniji urod, klimatski čimbenici, izbor sorti i zemljište glavni su dijelovi uspješne proizvodnje. U kontekstu agroekonomike postavlja se pitanje isplativosti sadnje višnje te se iz tog razloga izrađuje plan proizvodnje sadnica, marketinška strategija te ekonomski plan. Prema pokazatelju ekonomičnosti poslovanja (Ep = 1,39), proizvodnja sadnica višnje pokazala se kao ekonomična proizvodnja. Također, u ovome radu dokazana je uspješnost proizvodnje sadnica višnje zadovoljavajućim rezultatom pokazatelja profitabilnosti (Rp = 27,97%) te produktivnost poslovanja, gdje je vidljiva godišnja dobit od 36 300,88 kuna po zaposleniku.
Abstract (english)
Sour cherry is one of the noble fruits with a long tradition of planting originating from Asia Minor. There are many different varieties of cherries, and when choosing the desired variety, few things should be taken into account: use value, fruit quality, regularity and high yield, size and strength of the fruit and the possibility of freezing. As cultivation in appropriate agro-technical conditions is very important for achieving the highest quality input, climatic factors, choice of varieties and soil are the main parts of successful production. In the context of agroeconomics, the question of the profitability of planting sour cherries is raised and therefore a seedling production plan, marketing strategy and economic plan are developed. According to the business efficiency indicator (Ep = 1.39), the production of cherry seedlings proved to be economical. Also, in this paper, the success of cherry seedling production was proven by a satisfactory result of profitability indicators (Rp = 27.97%) and business productivity, where the annual profit of HRK 36,300.88 per employee is visible.
