Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je testirati uvjete inkubiranja kokošjih jaja u jednoslojnom automatskom inkubatoru marke EL-KA Kalimero K63, te izračunati postotak oplođenosti jaja i valivost pilića. Za potrebe istraživanja korišteno je 63 jaja, stara 3 dana. Prosječna težina jaja za inkubaciju bila je 59 grama. Jaja su prije stavljanja u inkubator dezinficirana, a inkubirana su na temperaturi od 40,5 °C (u razini ladice s jajima 37,5°C) tijekom 21 dan. U prvih 18 dana inkubacije jaja su se okretala svakih 6 sati. Nakon lampiranja 18. dana jaja su prebačena u valioničku ladicu, tada se više ne okreću. Nakljucavanje jaja počelo je 19. dana inkubacije. Postotak oplođenosti jaja iznosio je 84,12% a valivosti 79,36%. Ovaj inkubator preporučuje se za korištenje malim uzgajivačima peradi uz pretpostavku da su rasplodna jaja koja stavljaju na inkubaciju podrijetlom od zdravog i vitalnog jata, kako bi postotak oplođenosti bio što veći, a samim tim i postotak valivosti.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this study was to test the conditions of incubation of hen eggs in a single-layer automatic incubator brand EL-KA Kalimero K63, and to calculate the percentage of egg fertilization and hatchability of chickens. In this research we used 63 eggs which were 3 days old. Average weight of eggs was 59 grams. Eggs were disinfected before placing them in to the incubator. Eggs were incubated at the temperature of 40,5°C ( At the level of egg tray 37,5°C) for 21 day. In the first 18 days of incubation eggs were turned every 6 hours. After candling on the 18 day eggs were transferred to hatching tray. On the 19th day of incubation chicks started to break trough the egg shell. The percentage of fertilization was 84,12% and hatchability was 79,36%. This incubator is recommended to small breeders of poultry with the assumption that reproductive eggs are from a healthy and vital flock so that the percentage of fertilization is as high as possible, and thus the percentage of hatching.
