Abstract
Kao posljedica tehnološkog napretka, demografskih promjena i promjena životnog stila korisnika, sve se više smanjuje utjecaj tradicionalnog bankarstva putem poslovnica i raste utjecaj digitalnog bankarstva s posebnim naglaskom na mobilno bankarstvo. Banke su prepoznale važnost razvoja telekomunikacija i pametnih telefona te iskoristile njihov ekonomski potencijal za plasman financijskih usluga. Najvažnije prednosti mobilne tehnologije jesu stalna dostupnost, obavljanje transakcije u kratkom roku, jednostavnost korištenja i personalizacija. Iz provedenog istraživanja o upoznatosti i zadovoljstvu građana Republike Hrvatske s uslugama internet i mobilnog bankarstva, može se zaključiti kako važnost internet i mobilnog bankarstva u Republici Hrvatskoj sve više raste, a za povećanje broja korisnika usluge mobilnih plaćanja ključno je unaprjeđenje i podizanje razine sigurnosti mobilnih plaćanja te primjena suvremenih i naprednih tehnologija.
Abstract (english)
As a result of technological advances, demographic changes and changes in the lifestyle of users, the influence of traditional banking through branches is decreasing and the influence of digital banking is growing, with special emphasis on mobile banking. Banks have recognized the importance of the development of telecommunications and smartphones and used their economic potential to place financial services. The most important advantages of the mobile dimension of technology are constant availability, transaction execution in a short time, ease of use and personalization. From the conducted research on the familiarity and satisfaction of the citizens of the Republic of Croatia with internet and mobile banking services, it can be concluded that the importance of internet and mobile banking in the Republic of Croatia is growing, and to increase the number of users of mobile banking, it is crucial to improve and raise the level of security of mobile payments and the application of advanced technologies.
